I like to post progress photos for some of my paintings.
I will start with my latest series of Carved Wood paintings.
I carve a piece of Basswood and attach to a Birch wood panel.
I begin painting and carving. Also, in this case I have added gold leaf.
After many stages
the work is complete. I will need to take photos of my work in different light so I can find a way for the gold leaf to show.
